Finally Losing!

The Facts

In November 2010, I started Weight Watchers with my sister, Nettie. I lost 35 lbs within 9 months, I was in better shape than I've ever been. In 2012 I met the love of my life, which was wonderful, but not so good on the waist line. I gained the 35 lbs - plus some. But now we're married and I'm back on the wagon again. I no longer attend WW meetings, but I do my best to watch what I eat, guided by what WW taught me. Blogging gives me a place to track my ups and downs. I'm excited to watch the lbs fall off and I invite you to watch me lose!

First Goal: 25 lbs

For real success you must find the motivation within yourself. If you're fighting for someone else's cause, you will lose interest. But if you're fighting for the cause within yourself the motivation will burn stronger the further you go.
